2 oz Spring44 Vodka
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
lime wheel
shake all ingredients with ice. pour into coupe.

Optional: lemon twist
pour vodka into glass with desired amount of ice. enjoy.
Spiced Pear Martini
1 1/2 oz Spring44 Vodka
(infused with pears)
Splash Amaretto
1/2 oz honey or simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 dashes cardamom bitters
shake all ingredients with ice. pour into coupe or martini glass
Spicy Salty Dog
1 1/2 oz Spring44 Vodka
(jalapeño infused)
3 oz grapefruit juice
chili powder & salt rim
garnish with lime
shake all ingredients and strain into glass with ice.
Cosmopolitan
1 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz cranberry juice (unsweet)
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
shake all ingredients with ice. pour into coupe or martini glass.
Winter White Tea
& Thyme
2 oz Spring44 Vodka
6 oz brewed and cooled white tea of choice
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey
shake all ingredients and pour over ice.
Sparkling Fig
1 1/2 oz Spring44 Vodka
Juice of 1 lemon
1 fig
3/4 oz honey syrup
1 splash sparkling rosé
stir the vodka, lemon juice and honey syrup. top with rosé.
Concord Grape Crush
2 oz. Spring44 Vodka
1.5 oz concord purée*
lime juice
sparkling water
halved grapes
concord purée:
1/2 lb. concord grapes & lime juice
blend until liquified

add ingredients to tall glass with ice. enjoy
