Warming Cocktails for Chilly Nights

When the air turns crisp and the evenings grow long, there’s nothing better than curling up with a warm, flavorful cocktail. 🍂 Cold weather calls for drinks that comfort, soothe and bring people together. Our spirits, crafted with pure Colorado Mountain spring water, are the perfect base for these seasonal creations. Here are a few warming cocktail for chilly nights this fall and winter:

Spiked Apple Cider
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Spring44 Gin
6 oz apple cider
1 orange peel
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
Instructions: Simmer cider with orange peel, cinnamon, and cloves for 10 minutes. Pour into a glass or mug, add gin, and garnish with clove-studded orange slice or cinnamon stick!
Spring44 Honey Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey (or honey syrup)
4–5 oz hot water
Cinnamon stick or star anise for garnish
Instructions: Stir honey, lemon juice, and vodka in a mug. Top with hot water, stir gently, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Negroni Warmer
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Spring44 Old Tom Gin
3/4 oz sweet red vermouth
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz water
3 tsp sugar
Orange peel
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat through. Add to mug, add orange peel and enjoy warm!
Tips for Serving
Batch apple cider in a slow cooker for easy entertaining.
Offer a “garnish bar” with spices, herbs, and citrus.
Use festive mugs or copper mugs for presentation.
