Clover Club

A classic cocktail that’s soft, pink, and perfectly balanced.
You’ll need:
3 oz Spring44 Gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz raspberry syrup
1 egg white (optional, for a silky texture)
How to make it: Shake all ingredients (dry shake first if using egg white), then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries or powdered dehydrated raspberries.
Chocolate Martini

Because Valentine’s Day isn’t complete without a little, or A LOT, of chocolate.
You’ll need:
2 oz Spring44 Vodka
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz cream or dairy-free alternative
How to make it: Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or a chocolate-dipped strawberry if you're feeling fancy!
Strawberry Gin Smash

Fresh, fruity, and easy to love.
You’ll need:
2 oz Spring44 Gin
3 - 4 fresh strawberries
1/2 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Club soda
How to make it: Muddle strawberries with simple syrup and lemon juice. Add gin and ice, shake briefly, then strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a strawberry or mint.
Lavender Lemon Drop

Bright, floral, and just sweet enough. This is a Valentine’s twist on a fan favorite.
You’ll need:
2 oz Spring44 Honey Vodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
Sugar for rim (optional)
How to make it: Rim a martini glass with sugar if desired. Shake vodka, lemon juice, and lavender syrup with ice. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon wheel or a sprig of lavender. If you're feeling fancy you can make a lavender sugar for the rim by combining lavender flowers and sugar in a spice grinder and blend until combined. Enjoy!
Cheers to love, great cocktails, and Spring44. ♥️
